Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains what personal data YieldMindsets ("we", "us") collects when you visit yieldmindsets.com or buy one of our digital products, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Visiting the website. This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels and does not ask you to create an account. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
- Buying a product. Orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the order, calculate tax and deliver your download. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can provide support. We never receive or store your full card details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies to their processing.
- Emailing us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- YouTube. Links to our YouTube channel take you to YouTube, where Google's privacy policy applies.
How we use it
- To deliver the products you buy and provide customer support.
- To answer your messages.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as keeping order records for tax purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform the contract when you buy a product, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing this website, and to meet legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Union and California, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email Yieldmindset@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
